I was the User Experience and Design Lead for PwC’s project to transform their internal knowledge resource library, Consulting Source, which is used by over 200,000 employees, consultants, and partners globally. Our team of four was tasked with redesigning and improving the platform by conducting tests with PwC employees worldwide and collaborating with in-house developers based in the USA to deliver the final solution.

Hands-on UI
Hands-on in designing intuitive user interfaces for the new platform, including an enhanced search experience with an improved document finder. Users could search for methodologies, toolkits, sample deliverables, authors, people, and gold-standard content. We also developed a new filtering mechanism with nuanced methods tailored to specific user goals on the platform.

Validating designs
Every week, we conducted usability tests, interviews, and focus groups with platform users—PwC colleagues from seven different countries. Only after the design was validated and the final iteration approved did it proceed to final QA and a scheduled development release.
Illustrator
I was also commissioned to create vector illustrations for core frameworks, such as the Transform Framework, Operating Models, and Client Navigator, as well as key areas like Cyber Security. These were used on the new platform and in presentations during consulting engagements.
